What services do your salon offer?

The Press Room specializes in silk presses, luxury natural extensions, vibrant haircolor, and expert relaxer services. Every service is designed to maintain and enhance the health of the hair while delivering refined, transformative results.

Do you service short or pixie haircuts?

Services are designed for clients with chin-length hair or longer. Styling and cutting services for pixie or shorter lengths are not currently offered.

What products do you use?

A curated selection of professional products including CÉCRED, Olaplex, and more is used to support healthy, beautiful hair.

What should I know before getting any hair services?

For best results, hair should be detangled prior to your appointment. This allows for a more efficient service and helps avoid additional time or charges. The Press Room will take care of everything else.

How long do the hair extensions last?

The Press Room offers exclusive extension textures curated for seamless, natural blends, including straight, body wave, and textured options. With proper care, extensions typically last 8–12 months. Longevity varies based on texture, maintenance, and styling frequency.

What are your safety protocols for chemical treatments?

Hair health and safety are a priority. Professional-grade products are used alongside strict application standards to ensure every chemical service is performed with care and precision.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee is required and applied to your final balance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment including any time the day prior will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. One reschedule is permitted within 30 days, provided all policies are followed. No-shows result in removal from future booking eligibility.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Press Room Salon is a cashless salon. Credit cards, debit cards, and tap-to-pay are accepted. A processing fee applies to all card and tap transactions.

Buy Now, Pay Later Option

Afterpay is available for service balances of $399 or more and must be processed in person at checkout. Deposits are not eligible. Approval is determined by Afterpay at the time of purchase. A 4.5% processing fee applies.

All services and pricing can be viewed and booked online only. Pricing is not provided over the phone or social media. All prices listed are starting rates and may vary based on hair goals, length, density, and desired results.
